Shipping

We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of an order being placed. We take great care in each and every order, no matter how big or small. Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office or Federal Express Ground. The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is also available. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 48 hours. Include your order number, item number and what is wrong with the merchandise.

Exchanges & Returns

Furrylicious is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, within 15 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. After 15 days, you will be issued a merchandise credit which can be used in our pet and baby boutiques and expires 1 year from the date of purchase. If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage all returns to be sent via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders placed online can be returned at our store or via our Returns Department at the address below. Please include a copy of the packing slip and allow 2 weeks for processing.

Final sale items include pet beds, dog treats, grooming products, custom orders, personalized items; holiday items and accessories, including but not limited to wedding apparel; sale, clearance or discontinued items.

Sizing

We encourage pet owners to review relevant product descriptions, size charts and measure your pet before making a purchase. Measure the chest, neck, and length and select the closest fit. Please add a few inches to the measurement for added comfort. If your pet is in-between sizes, and when in doubt, choose the larger of the two options.

  • Chest: measure the girth around the widest part of their chest, typically behind the front legs.
  • Neck: measure the girth around the widest part of their neck.
  • Length: measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. For coats, it may not extend all the way to the tail.

If you need assistance in selecting a size, contact us with your pet's measurements, the items you are interested in and we will help to select a size.

Registration

New spa & grooming clients are asked to complete a registration form. If you prefer to speak to someone immediately, please contact us at 908-823-4468 or info@furrylicious.com.

Gift Cards & Store Credits

Gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. They must be used for purchase of products in our pet & baby boutiques and/or services in our grooming salon.

Payments

We gladly accept cash & all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover). You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
